Huntsville's own Dana Anderson will be the state's first-ever "most-challenged" artist to have her own gallery art exhibit, and only one of a few nationally that have ever had their own exhibit. She has Down syndrome and autism, and is low-functioning. She cannot care for herself, read, write, or speak, but has in one year become a distinctive emerging artist with a national exhibit in Philadelphia, a feature in the Jan/Feb issue of Alabama magazine and more.
