Pasta, Cheese and the Bits in Between

This interactive and immersive cooking class welcomes people of all cooking levels, ages, and expertise to cultivate the skill of creating hand-cut pasta, flavored oils, tomato confit, and a summer herb salt.
Tickets are only $25 – all proceeds directly benefit Hatch, a professional workforce development non-profit that teaches young adults (18-24) essential life skills and knife skills, to help them lead self-sufficient lives. The HATCH cohort program is a FREE 8-week, comprehensive program that prepares students for employment in various industries including restaurants and hospitality.
