Have you ever seen paint sing? This September, Broadway Theatre League is bringing the “A” in STEAM to Huntsville in a very big way! Artrageous is a one of a kind interactive performance that incorporates many different art forms on the same stage. Families will get to experience live art, music, dance, life sized puppetry, and even be part of the show!

RCM has learned more about this high-energy show your kids will love, and our friends at Broadway Theatre League have provided tickets for a lucky reader below!

What the Heck is Artrageous?

Imagine an artist creating a masterpiece before your eyes in mere moments. Or giant glow-in-the-dark Bunraku puppets jamming out to your favorite pop music on stage. The Artrageous troupe of artists, musicians, singers and dancers pay tribute to a variety of art forms, pop icons and musical genres.

With a palette that also mixes captivating vocals, intricate choreography and exciting audience interaction – Artrageous takes you on a unique visual journey packed with wild inspiration, creativity and fun!Just be prepared to be a part of the show – Artrageous is known for crowd-sourcing their creations, and have been doing it since their show started in 1980. Their performance ends in a gallery of fabulous finished paintings the audience gets to help create.

Broadway Theatre League will have one great family performance of Artrageous, and will also offer two free school shows.
