“Over the last few years we’ve watched as more and more of our readers were accessing our content on their mobile devices. It became clear to us that a mobile app would help area families more easily access the many resources we have curated over the last five years,” says Rocket City Mom CEO Jennifer Breuer. “When we started planning for what content would be most useful on the app it made sense that most of that information would be useful to families visiting Huntsville as well. This is the only resource like this in the area and we are extremely pleased to have the Huntsville Madison County Convention and Visitors Bureau as a partner in this endeavor.”
Our Awesome App Partner
A great part of this app is that it’s NOT just for families or kids. The CVB portion is like an app inside an app and is full of even more restaurants, attractions, breweries, concerts, hiking & nature trails, and local events. It’s a perfect tool for out-of-town visitors, convention guests, and concierge services in the local hospitality industry.
“The Huntsville/Madison County CVB is thrilled to partner with local parenting & family resource Rocket City Mom on their new app to provide both locals and visitors with information, literally at their fingertips, of the many, unique activities and things to do happening all the time here in the Rocket City, “ CVB President/ CEO Judy Ryals said. “We aim to provide relevant information to our visitors, in a variety of mediums, and we’re excited to expand our offerings with this app.”
