    Monte Sano means the mountain of health, and the history behind this park all point back to its renowned healing properties. Join Naturalist, Amber Coger, on a hike around one of the most scenic trails in the park to learn more about the history of the mountain and how you can find your own healing while wandering the forests of Monte Sano. They will end the hike with a forest bathing activity, no disrobing required. Park entrance fee is NOT included in program fee.
