Designed for families with children ages 3 to 12 years old, Blast in the Past offers engaging hands-on experiences that provide a glimpse into the lives of early Alabamians.
It's fun, it's free, it gets you and your family out of the house and doing something together! It's the Big Spring Park Scavenger Hunt.
Take the Downtown Turtle Trail and find the 10 bronze turtles located along Decatur‘s historic 2nd Avenue. Learn about the significant places and events that helped make Downtown Decatur what it is today along the way!
This 3-mile walk is open to men and women of all ages. Event includes music, food trucks and gift bags while supplies last.
There will be Egg Hunts for all ages, a Glow in the Dark Maze, Inflatables, Food, and a Petting Zoo (weather permitting). This is a free event for the whole family.
