Nurture An Independent Sleeper Workshop
- Discover why nurturing an independent sleeper is the key to families getting the quality sleep that’s necessary for optimal health and well-being.
- Learn caring and responsive ways to teach children to fall asleep on their own at bedtime and settle back to sleep if they wake before morning.
- Leave knowing how to build children’s confidence and ability to self-soothe to sleep so that families can get the rest they need to thrive!
