Foraging Hike at Wade Mountain Nature Preserve
Sat 8th @ 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
FreeFor the last foraging hike of the spring, Forager Casey Lanier will lead you through the Wade Mountain Nature Preserve on a route that will be determined the day of the event. Learn more about how foraging changes as the seasons do. This hike is educational, so if you’re looking for a walk with no long stops to talk, it’s probably not what you’re looking for. The hike is scheduled to last 2 hours, but it may run long. This hike around the preserve is not intended for collection or consumption of species.
This event is free but donations to support Land Trust of North Alabama are appreciated.
