Little Gym Birthday Party
Planning a party is one of the parts of a parent’s job description that can be the most daunting. What’s age-appropriate? Where are the best places to consider as party venues in Huntsville and Madison County? How can you throw a good party and stay within your budget? We plan on helping busy parents find the answers to those questions and more in our series, “It’s My Party“, where we invite real, local parents to share their great party planning experiences with other readers.
Big thanks to Lindsey P. for sharing her Little Gym birthday party with us!

Cake, Food, and Decorations
The birthday boy requested cookie cakes. Target bakery has cookie cakes the same size as Great American Cookie Company’s smallest round size but $5 cheaper. They were delicious! We also ordered pizzas since it was an evening party.
Games & Activities
The Little Gym staff totally takes care of this part: group games, birthday kid celebration, air track fun, and free play on the equipment. The kids love it, and they burn off a lot of energy!
We went simple with favor bags: fire (Blaze)-colored m&ms with a note that said “I had a BLAZING good time with you today. Thanks for coming to my party!”
Pinterest gave me the idea for the candy bags. The Little Gym takes care of all party supplies (included within the price): tablecloths, cups, plates, utensils, napkins, drinks for kids and adults, and balloons.
