Make the cheesecake batter according to the box directions. Set it to the side. If you’re making your own frosting, mix that up.

Chop 1 cup of fresh strawberries and add them to a saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Simmer the mixture on medium heat for 15 min. Stir to keep it from burning! Set the mixture to the side.

Mix 1 cup of graham crackers and half a pack of strawberry jello in a bowl. Set to the side. In a microwaveable dish, put the frosting in and heat it for 30 seconds. Add the hot mixture to a tall container (example: measuring cup).

Take the ice cream cone and then dip it into the icing. Over a cookie sheet, sprinkle the graham cracker/strawberry jello powder mixture over the hot icing turning the cone until coated.

Fill the cone with cheesecake batter, then strawberry glaze, then more cheesecake batter until full. Press sliced strawberries into the batter. Sprinkle the top with the graham cracker/jello powder and return the finished cones to the refrigerator to cool for 15 minutes.

Now it’s time to dig in and enjoy!
