4th of July in Huntsville 2020

Fort Payne Independence Day Fireworks

July 2 at 9:00 PM
Cost: FREE
Fort Payne Sports Complex Parking Lot | More Info

This year spectators are asked to watch from their cars while fireworks will be choreographed to music and broadcast during the actual fireworks show. Tune your radios to WVSM Radio 103.1 FM, Wzob 1250 AM 1 Country, 98-3 Wild Country or 101-7 The Torch, to listen to the choreographed music during the fireworks. Sponsored by the City of Fort Payne.

Elkmont Fireworks Show

July 2 at 7:30 PM

Lindsay Lane North Church is hosting this community fireworks show that includes music and fellowship with fireworks starting at dark. Bring your chair & your family!

Fireworks in Blountsville

July 3 at 9:00 PM
Cost: FREE
Spring Valley Breach Parking Lot | More Info

Park in the lot at Spring Valley Beach and enjoy a socially-distant patriotic fireworks show thanks to the City of Blountsville.

Trash Panda Block Party

July 3 from 5-9:30 PM, fireworks at 9PM
Cost: $10 per person, kids 2 & under free

Kick the holiday weekend off early with this community block party that ends in fireworks! It’s not specifically a patriotic event per se, but it’s close enough to the date to make it count! No parking fee at this event. RSVP here. 

Fun & Fireworks at MidCity

July 4 from 11AM – 11PM, fireworks at 9PM
Cost: FREE
MidCity Disctrict | More Info

The entire MidCity District is celebrating this year – The Camp, REI, High Point Climbing and Fitness Huntsville, Topgolf, and Dave & Busters! There’s also live music, a drive-in movie, and fireworks show. The earlier you get there, the better chance you can get it. Space is limited.

Fireworks & Patriotic Extravaganza in Madison

July 4 from 5-9 PM, fireworks at 9PM
Cost: $10 per person, kids 2 & under free, parking is $6

The Rocket City Trash Pandas are the new host of this annual event featuring live music, food, kid’s activities, and fireworks! It is strongly recommended you get your tickets in advance when they go on sale June 12th. Parking is $6 per vehicle. CDC recommendations will be in place.

Red, White, & Boom in Athens

July 4th at 8:00 PM
Cost: FREE
Athen High School | More Info

The sky above the Athens High School Stadium field will be filled with a colorful display of fireworks after the sun has gone down. Find a good spot and enjoy the show! No seating in stadium this is a drive-in event and and organizers ask that you refrain from gathering in groups and remain in your vehicle as you wait for the show.  Viewable from adjacent properties including Central Church of Christ, Swan Creek Park, Athens Shopping Center, Athens High School.
