Independence Day Celebration at Ditto Landing

Sunday, July 1 from Noon – 10:30 PM

Live music by awesome local bands, food trucks, games, craft beer, and an evening fireworks show over the water are all included in this day-long celebration. Purchase advance tickets online. VIP tickets available for $40.

Patriotic Concert in the Park

Monday, July 2nd from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

The concert will feature the Huntsville Concert Band & Huntsville’s In the Mood Big Swing Band playing patriotic favorites and the classics. We hope the big band music will inspire people to get up and dance like in past years! This concert is the typical fun Concerts with a patriotic twist. Food trucks will be on site, or you can pack a picnic.

52nd Annual Spirit of America Festival

July 4th, from 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM, fireworks at 9PM

Point Mallard, Decatur | More Info

For 52 years, the City of Decatur has hosted the Spirit of America Festival and provide free, family entertainment to thousands of area residents in celebration of the 4th of July. Point Mallard Park will kick everything off with a children’s bike parade at 9:00 AM. Afterward, you can hit the water park (admission applies) until the fireworks begin at 9:00 PM that night.

U.S. Space & Rocket Center July 4th Celebration

July 4 from 9AM-5PM, fireworks at 9PM
Cost: General admission, kids 12 and under are free

Enjoy special, family-friendly patriotic activities during regular museum hours, 9AM – 5PM, including kid’s patriotic activities. The Rocket Center will close at 5PM, and there are no evening activities inside the park. Instead, the Center will launch its largest fireworks display ever for the city of Huntsville at 9PM. For public safety, the larger fireworks display requires the closing of the parking lot in front of the Davidson Center for Space Exploration. Families are encouraged to view the breathtaking, patriotic show from other areas in the vicinity of the Rocket Center. Bridge Street is also a great vantage point!

July 4th Pool Party

Wednesday, July 4th from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Your family is invited to a 4th of July pool party! Open to the public for $5 per person – members and children under 2 are free. There will be food and drinks for sale, music, games, an inflatable waterslide, kiddie pool and more! Lifeguards will be on duty.

Stars and Stripes Forever in Madison

July 4 from 2-9 PM, fireworks at 9PM

Live music, inflatables, food trucks, and kid’s activities are all a part of this patriotic celebration. There will be a shuttle service from Bob Jones High where parking is required. Village of Providence 4th of July Celebration & Fireworks

July 4th at 7:00 PM, fireworks around 9:05 PM

Live music by the AMC Band will take place on the lawn – no outside coolers allowed, but you’re encouraged to grab a bite & beverage from one of the many restaurants inside the Entertainment District. Fireworks begin at sundown. Bring your lawn chairs & bug spray! All outdoor events are subject to reschedule or cancellation due to bad weather. Red, White, & Boom in Athens

The sky above the Athens High School Stadium field will be filled with a colorful display of fireworks after the sun has gone down. Find a good spot and enjoy the show! No seating in stadium – bring your chairs!

Fireworks in Guntersville

July 4th at 9:00 PM

The City of Guntersville 4th of July Fireworks will host a fireworks show with synchronized patriotic music broadcasted from WTWX 95.9. Best viewing is from Civitan Park, along Lurleen B. Wallace Drive and Highway 69. Please note there is no stopping or parking allowed on the river bridge.
