The Educator Exchange Sale FAQ

Tracy Walker knows first-hand what it’s like to be a teacher with a pile of materials to re-home. That’s why she created The Educator Exchange consignment sale in 2011. After teaching for six years, Tracy had accumulated quite the collection of teaching materials. “I started The Educator Exchange to provide a service to teachers – they do so much for everyone else, and this provides them with a way to share what they have and find new classroom resources for very little cost. It’s teachers supporting teachers!”

But it’s not just teachers in schools that will benefit from this special consignment sale…

Who Can Consign?

  • Classroom teachers
  • Homeschool parents and teachers
  • Preschool teachers
  • Daycare staff
  • Church youth leaders
  • Moms preparing their child for Kindergarten
  • Anyone in need of educational supplies!

Homeschoolers will love the ability to take a close look at a text book or curriculum before they invest in it for the year. The variety of materials available makes it a super popular sale for the homeschooling community.

PRO-TIP: Volunteer 3-4 hours and shop first! Consignors also get to shop the inventory early. Sign up here and learn about all the volunteer benefits.
