This Huntsville Holiday tradition is back with a fresh interpretation of the Dickens’ classic! Audiences of all ages are invited to follow Ebenezer Scrooge on a ghostly musical journey through his past, present and future, as he receives the most important Christmas gift of all-redemption through the power of love. The Watsons Go to Birmingham

Meet the Watsons of Flint, Michigan: Momma, Dad, little sister Joetta, big brother Byron and ten-year-old Kenny. When Byron can’t seem to stay out of trouble, the family piles into the “Brown Bomber” and drives south to visit no-nonsense Grandma Sands and toward a pivotal moment in the Civil Rights movement and Alabama history. Based on the novel that won the Newbery and Coretta Scott King Honor Book awards and told with humor from a child’s perspective, this play celebrates the power and love of family, even in the of midst of hate and tragedy.

The curtain rises on a very special playroom where toys magically come to life! The world’s most beloved rag dolls must gather their playroom playmates and lead the charge into the “deep, deep woods” to Looney Land to bring the beautiful French Babette back home before she is found missing by their owner. Fantasy’s Amazing Academy
Over the years, Fantasy Playhouse has expanded their offerings to more than just the four shows they perform each year. Fantasy Academy hosts classes and camps year-round for actors of all ages, and it’s not too late to sign up! Moana & Friends
Ages 3-4 years
Your little one can spend Mondays with Moana! In their preschool class students will use their bodies, voices, and imaginations to transport themselves to the Island of Motunui where they’ll discover the power of friendship and creativity. Acting for the Camera
Lights, camera, magic! Don’t miss your close up at Fantasy Playhouse this Fall in “Acting for the Camera.” Students will dive into the world of TV and film as they discover what it means, and takes, to be a star. Great for kids who want to up their YouTube video game, or have an interest in film or commercial acting. Registration is still available! Guess what? FPHCT is now offering private lessons for young thespians in need of a little coaching before an audition. Voice, Musical Theatre, Dance, Monologues, as well as costuming and stage make-up are all taught by professionals in their fields.
