Asbury Church & Trinity Baptist Church are excited to partner together for two special evenings of music designed to draw all who come closer to the heart of God. The Music for Sacred Spaces concert features a powerful selection of songs led by choirs from both churches, talented musicians, and the Asbury Orchestra that will guide you through an uplifting hour blending soulful reflection with joyous celebration. Whether you're seeking solace or joy, this time is an opportunity to connect with God through music in a meaningful way. Come be a part of this sacred gathering, where music becomes the bridge between heaven and earth. Song selections include How Lovely Are Thy Dwellings (Brahms), Bound for the Promised Land (arr. Wilberg), and How Great Thou Art (arr. Forrest). The same concert will be offered at each location, so pick a day that works best for you. KidsCare is not available.

Maker Monday programming is included with museum admission and is intended to stimulate inquiring minds of all ages with hands-on STEM demonstrations and guided, engaging activities.
Work on your writers craft! Teens ages 12-17 can join in the Kids Classroom at South Huntsville Library most Mondays for a writers hangout. In this laid back group for young writers, teens can do the following: work on their writing in a group setting, do writing exercises; discuss their writing or writing in general with other teens; receive feedback on a 3-6 page typed, double-spaced & printed excerpt of their writing. This is not a writing class, but a chance work on writing while engaging with peers!

This course will provide mom and support person with the information needed to make an informed decision regarding feeding their baby and the necessary skills to ensure success with breastfeeding. They will explore topics like how to get started, first feedings, positioning and dealing with common breastfeeding difficulties and nutrition while breastfeeding. Learn what to expect the first few days with your new baby before you deliver. All classes are located in the labor & delivery waiting room on the 2nd floor. To find the waiting room, enter the facility via the Crestwood Medical Pavilion (Crestwood Maternity Center Entrance).
