Families with young children (ages 18 months to 3 years) are invited to attend these nature discovery events designed to inspire a sense of wonder about the natural world.

Harvest Square Nature Preserve has a lot of things about it that appeal to the casual hiker: Its trails are relatively easy to walk on, there’s not a lot of mileage, and – best of all – there are no hills!

Many kids feel more at ease reading to a dog who is there to listen. You can sign up for a fifteen minute session with a trained therapy dog from Therapy Partners, Inc.
