Monte Sano means the mountain of health, and the history behind this park all point back to its renowned healing properties. Join Naturalist, Amber Coger, on a hike around one of the most scenic trails in the park to learn more about the history of the mountain and how you can find your own healing while wandering the forests of Monte Sano. They will end the hike with a forest bathing activity, no disrobing required. Park entrance fee is NOT included in program fee.

All walking tours leave from Harrison Brothers Hardware Store promptly at 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights in September and every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights in October. Walking tours are $13 for adults, $8 for kids 12 and under. Reservations are required. All tours will begin promptly at the start time so be sure to show up early to find parking and check in. 🧱 This free, one-day event will feature original LEGO® creations built by members of TNVLC, a local adult hobby club celebrating its 17th year in 2025. In addition to a display of unique builds featuring many different styles and subjects, the event will include a collaborative town/train scene with working trains and dedicated LEGO® build sessions on the hour for children to use their own imaginations.

Kick-off the fall season with them on Station St. next to the historic Chattanooga Choo-Choo! Take in the aesthetically pleasing historic views of Station St. & the Choo-Choo with this family-friendly festival! Featuring over 100 craft vendors, food trucks, petting zoo, LIVE music, & more all while enjoying the local establishments along Station Street!

All walking tours leave from Harrison Brothers Hardware Store promptly at 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights in September and every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights in October. Walking tours are $13 for adults, $8 for kids 12 and under. Reservations are required. All tours will begin promptly at the start time so be sure to show up early to find parking and check in. They all are approximately 1.5 hours long, all have completely different stories, all are equally wonderful. Don't ask them to choose the best, they love them all!
