Turkey Trot Family Class

Come join Fit4Mom Rocket City & Girls on the Run North Alabama for a family-friendly stroller workout. Strides 360 is a 60-minute heart-pumping workout that will energize you, plus increase your endurance and speed…all to help you sprint through life. After the workout stick around as there will be refreshments and a Turkey themed craft / sensory bin.
This class is a collaboration between FIT4MOM Rocket City and Girls on the Run North Alabama. GOTR is a nonprofit organization offering programming for girls in grades 3 – 8 that teach girls important life skills through running and physical activity. A recommended donation of $10 – $15 per family attending the class is kindly requested and will help GOTR reach even more girls and bring additional programming to the North Alabama area in 2024.
This is a family class so the whole family is invited… the more the merrier.
