In fact this is the first internet review that I have ever written. But I felt compelled to share my experience and recommendation for Allison Chappell Neumann of Crye-Leike Realtors with others.
I give Allison Chappell Neumann my very highest recommendation. She is a superior real-estate agent in every way that you could evaluate her.
I selected Allison as my real-estate agent by performing research and determining that she had superior marketing tools and skill.
The thing that really impressed me about Allison and prompted me to write this review is that I had a small one-bedroom condo to sell. Condos can be slow to sell in the Huntsville market. Allison never hesitated to list the condo. I expect that it was one of the lower valued properties that Allison had listed. Nevertheless, I feel completely confident that I received the same attention and priority that she gave the client that had the highest valued property listed with her.
Allison showed the condo the first weekend after it was listed and had multiple offers on the property by the time the property had been on the market for two weeks. Allison has excellent communication skills and she maintained close, clear, and consistent communications with me throughout this short process. Allison is very intelligent and she always provided sound advice. She listens and quickly understands her clients’ needs and request. I felt confident that Allison was honest and had the highest integrity. I felt like I could completely trust Allison.
It was a great pleasure to work with Allison. She has an outgoing and engaging personality. My real-estate experience with Allison was very positive in every way. She is a skilled, experienced, and motivated real-estate agent that works hard for her clients. The next time that I need a real-estate agent, Allison will be my first and only call. If you need a real-estate agent I highly recommend that you contact Allison.
