Operation Believe: How You Can Make Christmas a Reality for a Local Family

Christmas Charities Year Round invites the Huntsville and Madison County community to participate in Operation Believe 2021. This Christmas and winter holiday program provides toys and gifts to Madison County families and seniors at or below the area median income or in emergent need. Here’s how you can help!
Get Involved with CCYR’s Operation Believe
Adopt a Stocking Project
Pick-Up empty stockings, Monday – Friday 8am-4pm from the CCYR Center (map). Fill the stockings and return to CCYR by Friday, December 3rd.
Adopt a Senior
New this year, fill out a Senior Adoption Form, Monday through Friday from 8am – 4pm at the CCYR Center from September 7 – November 12 (map). Your seniors’ wish list will be emailed to you by November 24th. Deliver your seniors gifts to the CCYR Center by Friday, December 17th.
Go on a Fun Run with Santa

Sign up to run, walk, jog, or whatever you’d like with CCYR in their very first Santa Fun Run through the Downtown Tinsel Trail! All proceeds support Operation Believe and helps to provide gifts to families and seniors throughout the winter holiday season. To participate, there is a $25 adult registration before November 28 includes an event t-shirt and a Santa hat to wear in addition to your favorite holiday attire! $5 for kids 10 and under includes a Santa hat!
CCYR Center is located near Drake and Leeman Ferry, in the Leeman Center at 3054 Leeman Ferry Rd. Suite P, the last warehouse on the right, Huntsville, AL 35801. Masks are required inside the center.
