Participate in Dia De Los Muertos

October 29- November 1st
Cost: FREE, $2 parking donation

Contribute to the Public Altar

During Lowe Mill public hours, there will be a large public Dia De Los Muertos altar being built in Railroad Room #2. Dia De Los Muertos altars are created with love to honor the lives of those who have passed. The public is invited to honor their deceased with ofrendas or offerings which may consist of photographs, bread, other foods, flowers, toys and other symbolic offerings. Decorate with candles and flowers and put a framed photo of the person you are remembering. Spend time at the altar, telling fond and humorous stories about the deceased. We will also have some basic items on hand for last minute remembrances. Do not leave any valuables that you would like returned.

Nov 1 Day of the Dead Celebration

Come back on Saturday between noon-6PM for the celebration. Your family can see the completed Day of the Dead altars, enjoy a variety of food trucks on the lawn, and once the sun goes down, you can cap off the evening with a captivating fire show on the East Lawn. Enjoy this joyful atmosphere where we will be celebrating the lives of our deceased love ones in a positive and colorful celebration.
