Free virtual cooking camp with Rachael Ray and friends starts July 30
- Camp will run daily July 30-August 14.
- Content is aimed at children between 8-15.
- All classes are free but pre-registration is required.
Sticking close to home for months on end wasn’t exactly what any of us had in mind when making plans for Summer 2020 but when life gives you lemons you make lemonade. Or, if you are Rachael Ray, you take those lemons and use them as zest for some amazing chicken dish with an unpronounceable name that looks hard to make but is actually remarkably easy. So easy that a child could make it. A child between the ages of 8-15 to be exact.
Starting Thursday, July 30, Ray and some of her famous Food Network friends will be cooking up all kinds of yummy dishes and making it look easy and fun with Rachael Ray’s Yum-o Cooking Camp. This virtual and completely FREE camp will have daily offerings via Zoom and all you have to do to join is pre-register to get the link and join in the fun.
In partnership with Shipt, Food Network, and the South Beach Wine & Food Festivals, this camp is a great way to “bring your family into the kitchens of your favorite culinary and lifestyle personality…providing an unforgettable summer learning experience.”
Upon registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail and then 48 hours prior to the class you will get a Zoom link along with the recipe, ingredients and necessary utensils so you can prepare for the class. While the classes are live, they will also be available later on Yum-O.org.
