Gullion Farms (Somerville)
Guillon Farms is a 29 year old working farm owned by Steve and Tammy Guillon. Open year-round for field trips and birthday parties, this farm boasts milking a cow, hay rides, petting zoo, fishing, sweet shop, pumpkin picking, and all of the fall fun your heart desires. They will be open to the public every Saturday in October from 10AM-4PM and as well as for scheduled field trips during the week. Lunch specials are also available, as well as night hay rides and campfire specials for groups.

Sand Mountain Corn Maze (Sardis City)
Visit the Sand Mountain Corn Maze for a good old-fashioned country fall fun, including wagon rides, pumpkin picking, cow train rides, corn blasters, duck races, slides, corn pits, play barn, and a playground! Adults and older teens can take part in the Zombie Splatter Fridays through Sundays after dark for $15, where players take a 15 minute wagon ride through Zombieville to take out as many zombies and other targets as they can with a paintball gun. New for 2017 are the Pumpkin Bumpin Balls (Knockerball). Opens September 22 at 4PM. Hours are Tues. and Thurs. 4PM – 9:30PM; Fri. 4PM – 10PM; Sat. 10AM – 11PM, and Sun. 1PM – 9PM.

Scarecrow Trail (Huntsville Botanical Gardens)
The Scarecrow Festival at the Garden is a favorite fall event visited by over 60,000 guests each year! Walk through the Garden and see all the great creations, now through October 31st.The Pumpkin Patch offers a wonderful backdrop for your fall family photos on our vintage tractor and unique pumpkin displays. It’s the perfect spot to catch the weekend hayrides around the Garden. A wonderful new addition to the Scarecrow Trail is the Gilded Gourd display, where lots of creative artists have decorated tons of gourds that will be on display! Weekend hayrides add to the fun, available on Saturdays and Sundays from 1PM-4PM.
