Strawberry Festival in Cullman

Along with the outstanding music venue, classic car show, arts and crafts, and scrumptious food vendors, visitors can plan to spend the whole day shopping in the unique stores in Cullman’s downtown district, dancing to a variety of music playing at the Festhalle or visiting historic districts via guided tours provided by the Cullman County Museum.

Madison Food Truck Rally & Concert

The first Downtown Madison Food Truck Rally of 2017 kicks off with a FREE concert from C.J. Harris, a former Top 6 American Idol alum, on the new outdoor stage at the Railyard at Old Black Bear Brewery. Over 20 Food and Dessert Trucks will be in attendance, seating will be limited, so bring your tailgate chairs and come enjoy the weather, food, and great music!

International Drone Day

Butterfly Release Day & Illusions in the Garden

Huntsville Botanical Garden

On Saturday at the Purdy Butterfly House you can help release brand new butterflies into their new habitat at 10:30 AM and again at 1:00 PM. Be sure to bring your camera – there are some really nice photo opps with the kids! Register in advance here.

Then on Sunday at 2:30 PM head back for a performance by Matt Adams, Master Illusionist. Matt’s family-oriented illusion show called Connections has been enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of people around the world! Matt performs impossible levitations and predictions, mind reading with an animated drawing, and even an illusion that takes place within the hands of the audience members themselves. Adult tickets $20; Children tickets $10.
