Guided Hikes with the Land Trust

Monte Sano Nature Preserve | More Info

At 3.4 miles, this hike is a little more difficult – we recommend it for families that are experienced hikers or have older children. Discover some of Monte Sano Nature Preserves most traveled trails: Bluff Line, Wagon Trail, and Old Railroad Bed Trails with Bruce Martin. Wear closed toe shoes and bring water and sunscreen!

Sunday’s hike to see “The Coolest Rock” on Rainbow Mountain is at 2:00 PM at Madison’s Stoneway Trail. More info.

Every spring, the Huntsville/Madison County CVB shows off our beautiful city through its free walking tours. Tours are guided by local experts and focus on the historic districts of both cities.
