Rocket City Kids Try Irish Food

We asked a few Rocket City Kids to try their luck with some Irish food before Saint Patrick’s Day.

Our friends from Dished provided some corned beef brisket with cabbage and carrots. The tasting was rounded out with some soda bread and Kerry Gold Butter along with potato soup.

Our thanks to all of the kids who supplied their time, taste buds, and commentary for Rocket City Mom. Another thank you to the parents of those children. Finally, thank you to Dished for brining us a quick meal that was easy to prepare without any hassle.
