Recommend a Park

baby_two-thumbs-upHuntsville alone has more than 70 parks which is one of the reasons it’s such a great city but it also makes it a bit overwhelming to try and do the kind of comprehensive guide we wanted to do. That’s why we decided to reach out to our readers and ask help! When a parent is looking for a great park to visit with little ones there are important details that are left out of a typical park guide. Who better to ask than another parent?

Important Park Questions
  • Is there a bathroom?
  • Is the play equipment a good mix or is it mainly geared toward younger children or older children?
  • Are there walking trails and green space?
  • Are there picnic tables?
  • Is there shade?

We want this to be more than a place to find the address and facilities list. So if you’re a parent with a particular local park you love, let us know. Fill out our form below and we’ll get in touch and then probably ask you to take a couple pics the next time you’re there. If we use your review we’ll send you a $20 gift card to one of more than 10 local businesses such as: Pizelle’s Confections, Big Foot’s Little Donuts, 3 Scoops, The Toy Place Downtown, Suzy’s Pops, Mason Dixon Bakery, and more.

In a few short sentences, please let us know what you like and don't like about this park from a parenting perspective. What "tips" would you give parents who are considering using this facility? Would you recommend this park and for what purposes is it best used (e.g. riding bikes, soccer, birding, etc.)?
Must leave email address, we cannot use unless we can contact you.
