Get your capes ready! Rocket City Mom is proud to announce that we are once again gathering the best educational resources in North Alabama and putting them all in one place so parents and caregivers can give their kids the SUPERPOWER of a great education.

Today’s parents understand the value of a strong educational foundation but since each child is different, what works for one child (even in the same family) might now work for another. Making decisions about what a child needs to best succeed can be daunting. We get it. We’ve been there. We are there now. 🙂

That’s why we started Rocket City Mom’s Learning Expo back in 2013. We knew that putting the professionals all in one place would make it easy for parents to get answers. Are you considering preschool options? They’ll be there to answer questions. In search of a tutor? Come find out what’s available nearby. Homeschool resources along with our always popular community Q&A, magnet programs for elementary through high school, and afterschool activities. Whatever educational questions you have, we’ve got someone with an answer.

Bring in the fun!

Of course, we knew we had to make it fun for kids or parents would never be able to drag said kids out the door. We’ll arm you with plenty of selling points to get those kids begging to attend this education related event.

    4. Entertainment – we’re making plans for storytellers and entertainers like our friends at Fantasy Playhouse Children’s theatre to stop by.
