Every year on the day after Thanksgiving, Arab City Park is transformed into Christmas in the Park, a festive and over-the-top display of magic. Brought to you by the City of Arab and Arab Parks & Recreation, Christmas in the Park is one of the most magical displays of holiday splendor you’ll find anywhere in the State. Thousands will travel to Arab just to stroll through this enchanting wonderland! Walking through the park to see the trees & decor is free. Each Friday & Saturday before Christmas, Santa will be at the park for $6 visits, kids under 2 years old are free.
A local favorite, Huntsville's Tinsel Trail is a display of live Christmas trees in Downtown Huntsville during the month of December. An anticipated 300 will trees decorate Big Spring Park for the holiday season. The Tinsel Trail is open to the public daily until midnight. Trees are lit from dusk until midnight each night.
