The 20th Annual Heart of the Valley YMCA Health and Wellness Fair will be Jan 25th, 2025. Enjoy an open house and FREE health screenings such as Blood pressure, Glucose, Cholesterol, Body Fat and much more. Cooking light demonstrations and door prizes will be available.
