Rocket City Scottish Festival & Highland Games

Join us on 3 May 2025 for a one-of-a-kind event celebrating America’s and Alabama’s Scottish roots. It’s a family-oriented celebration blending Scottish traditions with modern entertainment! You’ll find Highland Athletes, Clans, Drummers, Live Entertainment, Food Trucks, a Highland Cow named Licorice, Merchandise Vendors, Pipers, and Merchandise Vendors. Leashed dogs are welcome; however, please note that clean-up is the owner’s responsibility. Bring a blanket or your chairs. Gates open at 9:00 a.m. The opening ceremony, posting of colors, and the Parade of Tartans will take place at 10:00 a.m., followed by the closing ceremony at 5:00 p.m.
When: May 3 | 9 AM-5 PM
Cost: $14/person, ages 13 and under are FREE
