Huntsville Parks & Recreation and the Huntsville-Madison County Public Library (HMCPL) are teaming up for fun at the third annual Rec and Read. This free event will occur on Monday, July 22, at Dr. Robert Shurney Legacy Center. Interactive storytelling will take place from 9 to 10 a.m., and children can enjoy popsicles, games, and inflatables from 10 to 11 a.m
