The Monrovia Witches Ride is hosted by local Monrovia women business owners to promote community fun. The ride is a 3 1/2 mile Parade style ride through Monrovia neighborhoods. Riders dress up, decorate bikes and throw candy to on lookers. When: October 29 | 3-5 PM
