Fitness in the Park

An event every week that begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday, repeating until June 27, 2020
Depending on guidance from state and local health experts June’s group exercise classes will either be recorded and posted or in-person while practicing social distancing.
- June 6: Fitness with Karissa will be teaching Kardio Dance Fitness
- June 13: J’que Ellis of Fitness DEFY’d will be teaching her high energy Fit Camp class.
- June 20: Nancy with Heart of the Valley YMCA will be teaching POUND. Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.
- June 27: Andrew Skinner with Light-On Yoga Fitness will lead an Energy Flow yoga class.
