Celebrate Black History at Burritt on the Mountain

This year we are excited to collaborate with the Huntsville Community Drumline who will give a special outside performance at 12:30pm. This event is made possible due to the generous support of William L. Ingram V. Aesthetic & Implant Dentistry.
Before or after the performance, join us as we learn about the lives of the famed Buffalo Soldiers and then spend some time in our replica Rosenwald Schoolhouse to discover what education for African American students looked like in the South in the early 1900s. This will be a day of fun and learning you will not forget. This event is free to members; regular admission rates apply for the general public.
