Don’t miss the Black History Enrichment and Enlightenment Festival! The purpose of the Festival is to bring culture awareness and understanding of the African American culture to youth and the community. Rosie’s International Services, Inc. is all about diversity, bringing people of all races together and sharing the African American Culture. This year’s theme is Sharing Our Culture, Art in Education and Mentoring.

There will be live music, African clothing, quilts jewelry, arts, crafts and more!
