Earth Day Celebrations in Huntsville

It’s the 51st annual celebration of Earth Day, and Huntsville has lots of local opportunities to get out and enjoy it!

Because of it’s vast amount of green space, Earth Day in Huntsville doesn’t have to be just one day in April, and thanks to Operation Green Team there are ways to pitch in year-round.

Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day

Do some Spring cleaning and get rid of some of those hazardous items in a safe way! This year the event will be drive-thru only, but participants can enjoy free giveaways.
