Sarah Calvelage was hanging out at the Cecil Ashburn overlook yesterday around sunset taking a few quick pics of her children when something caught her eye. A young couple appeared in front of that picture perfect backdrop and before she knew what was happening the man dropped to one knee.
Thinking quickly, but also knowing her kids were going to run off if she wasn’t fast about it, she quickly took a few snapshots to capture the moment. Now she’s hoping the Huntsville community can help her find the couple so she can share the photos of their special moment.
“I snapped a few photos anticipating that I could catch them as they left and send then the pictures. Unfortunately, my kids had other plans so I left without contacting the couple. I felt sort of guilty afterward though because the photos are beautiful and if it were me, I would certainly want them! I figured someone must know who they are,” said Calvelage.
