Book It To The Library: September Edition

We’ve sung the praises of the Huntsville Madison County Public Library (HMCPL) system before and with it pointed out all the awesome things they do for the community and how almost everything they do is FREE. But we still feel that we can’t emphasize enough the critical importance that a great library system plays in the educational and mental health of the area it serves. Both children and adults benefit from the classes, story times, and events that occur within its walls and so Rocket City Mom is bringing you a new feature titled “Book It To The Library.” Each month we’ll bring you highlights of upcoming events from the libraries within HMCPL.

To celebrate the inaugural publication of what we KNOW will be a popular series, we’re sharing with you a couple of bookshelfies and asking our readers to share theirs too.

Everyone who shares their own bookshelfies on our Facebook page or via Instagram or Twitter (#RCMbookshelfie) will be entered to win the most awesome prize that any bibliophile could ask for – a $25 Barnes and Noble giftcard! You only have one (1) week from the today so hurry and get yourself (or your kid) in front of their books and then get to the library to check out some more.
