What is your school’s predominant educational philosophy?

We seek to prepare students for this world and the next through academics and religious education.

What sets your school apart from other area programs?

We have a small student/teacher ratio. We are doing in-person classes and taking proactive measures to prevent the spread of Covid in our community. We believe strongly in treating each child holistically (mentally, physically, and spiritually) and reinforce this via our garden club, outdoor education, family atmosphere, and caring about each and every student beyond just academics. BCCA prides itself on individualized learning. This allows each scholar to succeed according to their needs.

What extracurricular opportunities exist for your students?

Pathfinders, which is a church affiliated club where are all are welcome to join. It involves camping, honors, and outreach. Garden Club is also available.

What advice do you have for parents looking for a school for their child(ren)?

When considering what school is the best fit for their child, it’s really important for parents to consider the school’s mission and values. What importance is placed on character building? Do the students show respect and love for their teachers and school.
