However, the vast majority of these locations are private residences and sometimes there are situations when they don’t have their lights turned on. Weather and technical difficulties can happen – we have no control over this. If you discover any inconsistencies, please let us know so we can correct them. We also want to know if we missed anything! [/themify_box]

626 Versailles Dr in South Hsv has chipmunk faces on the side of the house that sing. Kids love it!

RCM should put all of these on a google map or printable so we can easily drive around and see the ones in our area. =)

  • The house on Mythewood in South Huntsville that always goes all out for Halloween has converted their almost life size dinosaurs to be a Christmas display – including lights, hats and even one pulling the Flintstones car.

    • Sounds great. Do you happen to know the house number so we can provide a map link? If not, we may just send a writer out to look for it.

  • We have a computerized light show as well! We’re located at 12214 Chicamauga Trail. Our display runs Sun-Thursday 5-10pm and Fri-Sat 5-11pm. Would love to be added to the list. Happy Holidays!

  • Both Old Decatur and Albany historic districts in Decatur have light displays. Old Decatur is the area on the right after you cross the bridge. It extends west to Bank Street and south to Lee Street.
Albany is a little farther down US 31, on both the right and left sides of 31.

    • You can leave the address here and we’ll get it added, or you can message our Facebook Page. Either one works!

  • If you headed out of Huntsville on NW Memorial Parkway towards A&M there’s a house with a fun set up. It’s on the access road. 3608 Memorial Pkwy NW

  • The Wallace Reaidence in Deer Creek Valley locates off of Beth Road in New Market. They are always featured on the news!!!

  • The Greene family has a computerized light show at 3879 Hwy 67 South in Somerville. It is across the street from Drive Through Christmas. It runs nightly from 5-11pm.

  • In the same neighborhood as the Hall Family Light show are the Lanza Family lights. Their lights are animated to their radio station and it’s a lot of fun to watch. They also have an interesting history and family tradition. Their family started doing this when they were neighbors with Dr. Higginbotham on Horseshoe Trail since the 90s. Their address is 4853 Cove Valley Drive in Owens Cross Roads (lanzalights.com). That neighborhood has a bunch of other houses decorated so it’s fun to drive around.
