Alexander’s Martial Arts

The theme of this year’s Spring Break camp is Power Rangers! It’s a great way to introduce your child to the benefits of martial arts. Alexander’s teaches an orientation class on the first day of camp so the kids can graduate to their white belts at a special ceremony that afternoon (so parents can see what they have learned). During camp days, Alexander’s offers an early drop-off time of 7:30am with a late pickup time of 5:30pm.

Artis Studio

At Artis Studio campers will engage in a variety of art activities and work with different art mediums. Our main focus is to offer children a unique and nurturing experience and enriching children’s development, respecting their uniqueness and individuality, fostering their curiosity and exploration. Each week we will focus on a new theme to inspire our daily activities, from art to games to stories. The Artnasium

Spring Break Camp at The Artnasium offers some very exciting activities for campers! The week will include a STEAM challenge, Readers Theater, Art Project focused on Seurat, exercise, and daily math practice. Camp will also include a snack, and option for lunch ($5). Weather permitting, we will play outside as well. Your children will have so much fun they won’t realize they are exercising their brains! This is an action-packed, hands-on learning and fun camp!

Tales, Tails, & Trails Camp at BurrittBurritt on the Mountain

Campers in grades K through 5th will love Tales, Tails, and Trails! Come join us as we learn about different folk tales from around the world and meet the animals that inspired some of these stories. No camp at Burritt would be complete without a hike on our forested nature trails! Come make new friends, play games, create crafts, and enjoy the great outdoor. Each day campers will be supervised and led by our trained, CPR-certified staff. Typical teacher to camper ratio is 1 to 15, so your child receives individualized attention. With Burritt’s famous combination of genuine fun, quality instruction, and active play, this is sure to be a spring break to remember!

Join us for a super fun kids camp during Spring Break. Kids will spend an hour working on wheel-throwing, then spend an hour working on a glazing (pottery painting) project. All projects will be left to be fired in the kiln and can be picked up after April 18th.

Campers should dress comfortably in play clothes. They need to wear closed-toed shoes (like tennis shoes), no flip flops. Campers should bring their lunch and a drink. We supply aprons and lots of fun. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Huntsville Parks & Rec: Futsal Camp

Learn how to play futsal, the international version of indoor soccer. Futsal, a contraction for fútbol sala (in Spanish), is the only indoor soccer game recognized by FIFA and is rapidly growing in popularity all across the U.S. It’s fast paced, higher scoring than soccer, exciting and that means fun! This camp quickly teaches middle school and high school age youth how to play futsal and then allows them to play a number of games of futsal.

This day-to-day camp is offered for the week of spring break with new activities each day. Students can attend all week or pick their days. 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Space is limited in the camp and slots are filling up fast! All materials provided; class size is limited The Garden does provide one afternoon snack for full day camps. Huntsville Futbol Club
HFC is hosting two Spring Break Soccer Camps to coincide with the Madison City (March 12-15) and Huntsville/Madison County (March 26-29) spring breaks. The clinics/camps will be led by HFC Directors and staff coaches. These clinics/camps are a great way for recreational and competitive players to stay soccer sharp during the break while improving their technical skill set. The soccer activities will be age appropriate and lots of FUN games will be offered. Camp is open to all players regardless of club affiliation.

Huntsville Museum of Art Academy

The HMA Education department will provide structure, fun and friends in a safe, stimulating environment. Every art camp has exciting hands-on activities including: games and art making. Art campers explore many different areas of the Museum through gallery visits of current exhibitions and the Stender Family Interactive Education Galleries – ART LAB and A Walk Through Time. Each student will need to bring his/ her own lunch and drink if attending full-day camp. Please no nut products. All students will need to bring a morning snack.

Kids will get hands-on gameplay and instruction from our TopGolf staff. Please have your child dressed in comfortable apparel based on the weather conditions. Experience all the excitement of the U.S. Space and Rocket Center® at Day Camp! Crew trainers guide trainees through the past, present and future of flight or space exploration, using actual jets, shuttles and rockets as the backdrop. Tuition includes lunch and a snack daily.
