Easter Egg Hunt and fun for those with Special Needs and their Families. All ages welcome at Dublin Park. Egg Hunt, fun games, blow up houses, and more. Register in advance online.

Drop In & Create!

Huntsville Museum of Art | More Info

Learn about the primary colors (red, yellow & blue) to create a whimsical work of art. This fun, interactive art making activity for families with children ages 3 and up will be sure to spark one’s creativity! It’s also a great opportunity to discover the artwork by area school K-12 students in the YAM 2016: Exhibition for Youth Art.

Family Fun Day in Guntersville

In Conjunction with the Alabama Bass Trail, the Marshall County CVB is hosting a Family Fun Day at Lake Guntersville State Park. Events will be at the beach area of the State Park. Bring a lawn chair and let the kids enjoy the arts, crafts, and inflatables.

Ginger Jam & Woodchopping Festival

The inaugural Pinhook GINGER JAM and Woodchopping Festival will benefit The Land Trust of North Alabama. Live music and Irish feats of strength such as a Woodchopping & Wrestling Contest, and Jeep Pull, plus a coloring station for kids, and lots of food trucks.

Take a Hike!

This hike is 1 hour. Easy with moderate incline; roots and rocks on trail. Walk with botanist Lynne Weninegar on the Land Trust trail named for its claim to fame: beautiful wildflowers.

Shamrock Shindig

Bring your little leprechauns to the O’Herb Garden this St. Patrick’s Day. Look for hidden shamrocks, some with magically awesome prizes! Green lemonade, goodies, crafts and face painting for all the wee ones. Pat the Leprechaun will visit with gold coins. Cost is regular admission plus $2.

Irish Biergarten Under the Rocket

Thursday from 4:30 – 7:30
Cost: Plates $10-15, free admission
U.S. Space & Rocket Center | More Info

There will be Irish music and dancers into the usual Biergarten festivities! This family- and dog-friendly event returns to Huntsville. You can enjoy authentic German food and beer under the Saturn V Moon Rocket in the Davidson Center for Space Exploration.
